Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that it is error-free or up to date at every moment. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding quote — all quotes are issued in writing after inspection.

Quotes are free, written and fixed-price based on the scope inspected and materials specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Additional work found after the scaffold is up (for example perished sarking or hidden damage) will only be carried out with your written approval of any variation.

Payment terms are stated on each quote. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages against agreed milestones. Finance is available via our partner iDeal 4 Finance on approved credit, with stage payments available on larger projects.

All full re-roof installations — pitched or flat — carry a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee via HomePro. Repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer product warranties (e.g. GRP systems, tiles) apply separately to their stated terms.

We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability and £5,000,000 Employers' Liability insurance underwritten by Covéa Insurance plc. Certificates available on request.

Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you request work to begin during the cancellation period and later cancel, you may be charged for work already carried out.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any contract is limited to the total contract value.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
