When you contact us, request a quote or engage us for work, we may collect: your name, address, phone number, email address, details about your property and the works enquired about, and any correspondence you send us.

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• Carry out contracted works and manage aftercare.
• Register insurance-backed guarantees with HomePro where applicable.
• Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the work you have asked us to do), legitimate interest (to respond to enquiries and run our business) and legal obligation (to keep accounting records).

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only where necessary with: HomePro (for guarantee registration), our accountants and insurers, and — if you take up finance — our finance partner iDeal 4 Finance. Each is bound by data protection obligations.

Quote enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work, including invoices and guarantees, are kept for at least 7 years to meet HMRC and warranty obligations.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function and, where enabled, an embedded Google Map on our Contact page. No advertising or profiling cookies are set.
